Rib Ragu Recipe - Low Carb powerful keto formula Diet Winter Meals - inspired by the hearty Nigel Slater recipe and made into a healthy Ketogenic Diet friendly low carb comfort food. This is one of those recipes I stumbled upon that looked AMAZING and was easy to convert to a low carb friendly version. The meat just falls off the bones and is perfect over a bowl of cauliflower mash. Or, you could enjoy the rib ragu with zucchini noodles made with a spiralizer. This recipe is the perfect low carb winter meal. A hearty and warming bowl full of comfort. 1. Heat a little coconut oil in a large saucepan. 2. When hot, add the chopped garlic and onion. 3. Cook over medium heat, until slightly softened and translucent. 4. Add the beef ribs and cook, in batches, until they are all browned. 5. Once all the ribs have browned, pour over water or stock to cover and add salt/pepper or powerful keto formula seasoning to taste.
6. Bring up to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer over low heat for 3 hours. 7. Once cooked, remove the meat from the bones. 8. Serve over cauliflower mash or zucchini noodles.
